Cancellation by the guest (client):

You can request up to 72 hours before departure to reschedule your boat trip to a different date or time. This is subject to availability.

You do this by contacting us by telephone, and you can discuss on which day and time you wish to sail or cancel. No rights can be derived from this.

Has the boat trip you were going to take been cancelled?

That is unfortunate. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a boat trip cannot take place due to poor weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we do everything we can to inform you in a timely manner. It is therefore important that we have correct details such as your telephone number and email address. In the event of cancellation by us, the boat trip will be rescheduled to another date or time in consultation with you. If you wish, the entrance ticket will be refunded. All trips are subject to “weather permitting”; the skipper determines whether a boat trip can proceed. Useful to keep in mind: you are expected to report to the TX20 Walrus sales kiosk 30 minutes before the start of the trip.

The TX20 has a spacious deck, a heated galley and there are toilets on board. There are also toilets on board for disabled persons.

Please take this into account when choosing your clothing.

Privacy • We use your telephone number and email address for sending tickets or reservations, communicating cancellations or for questions about a boat trip.
